Project Closure Notice

Website Development & Corporate Identity Project

Good day,

We are following up on your project covering website development, domain services, logo design and company profile development. As progress and communication remain uncertain, we propose closing the project amicably.

This reduced once-off amount is intended to cover a small portion of the work and resources already invested. Upon agreement and payment, no further amount will be sought under the original quotation for this closed project.

Where a project closes without payment or clear feedback, we may provisionally assume the work did not meet expectations. The resulting project loss may be recorded internally against the assigned designer, Thembie Lorraine.
